2.Thinner walls can be cast as compared to sand and permanent mould casting (approximately 0.75 mm or 0.030 in).

3. Aluminium cast parts are well textured or smooth depending on the requirements

4.Since the process is very fast, it allows producing tens of thousands of parts in less time and cost.
